The same ‘Wind farms’ to be built in a place where Hugh McNeal, chief executive of the wind industry’s trade body RenewableUK, recently stated, do not add up because there is insufficient wind to keep them turning!
“We are almost certainly not talking about the possibility of new plants in England…The wind speeds don’t allow for it.”

National Grid is recruiting cash-strapped NHS hospitals to fire up their emergency generators and turn down their air conditioning systems when power supplies are scarce.

South Australia is an economic basket case, thanks, in no small part, to its obsession with wind power.
Power prices are spiralling out of control. Back in March SA’s businesses were belted with a 90% hike in their bills, that left manufacturers, miners and other power hungry businesses reeling: Wind Power Costs Crushing South Australian Businesses: Firms Hit with 90% Price Hike
Now residential customers have just been whacked by AGL, with a 12% power price hike (with a whole lot worse to come). What passes for journalism in SA pitched up the following half-baked ‘analysis’ on the causes of what portends to be a social and economic disaster (STT fills in the gaps a little later).

The Left has far more to fear from demands to criminalise dud claims about global warming:
Thirteen state GOP attorneys general have sent a letter to the Democratic AG’s who are investigating ExxonMobile for fraud in climate change research, telling them that if minimizing the danger of climate change is fraud, so is exaggerating the peril. They threaten to prosecute climate alarmists for making spectacular claims of disaster that have not materialized…
The “cuts both ways” argument was among those raised by 13 Republican attorneys general in a letter urging their Democratic counterparts to stop using their law enforcement power against fossil fuel companies and others that challenge the climate change catastrophe narrative.

This is because of the misanthropic belief structure of the Green eco-zealot. A position summed up by population freak Paul Ehrlich who blabbed in 1992, “Giving society cheap, abundant energy would be the equivalent of giving an idiot child a machine gun.”
The Club of Rome (environmental think-tank and consultants to the United Nations) in a similar misanthropic vein have stated, “The Earth has cancer and the cancer is Man.”
Green energy zealots want to push everyone off the energy ladder which has given us the modern world.
