THE 30 MILLION dollar, 675 day “Russia Collusion” probe has finally ended with the Mueller Report on “Trump Russia Collusion” handed in to the US Department Of Justice with, importantly, no further indictments recommended by the Special Counsel.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller is not recommending any further indictments as part of his sweeping Russia investigation which effectively ended Friday, according to a senior Justice Department official.

What did Alinsky actually believe?
Rules for Radicals was Alinsky’s last book, completed the year before his death, and it laid out his organizing philosophy in detail. Its centerpiece is a list of rules of “power tactics,” meant as basic guidelines for community organizers (Obama) and community activists (Clinton):1. Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.
2. Never go outside the experience of your people.
3. Wherever possible go outside of the experience of the enemy.
4. Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.
5. Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.
6. A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.
7. A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.
8. Keep the pressure on.
9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.
10. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.
11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside.
12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.
13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.MOST of these are elaborated upon in more detail in the book. For example, on #5, Alinsky notes, “It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react (Trump tweets!) to your advantage.”
IT’S not hard to see the link between the modern Left’s tactics of identity politics; PC, division, smear and slime and Alinsky’s rules for radicals.

DONALD Trump’s win is the biggest “f— you” to all his enemies — the media, the politicians and Wall Street.
The whole world now — and our own political class — has been given a shock and a warning.
Stop bullying and patronising the silent majority or they will rise in terrible revolt.The British vote to leave Europe showed the public would no longer be chained. Trump’s victory confirms it.
Even I could not see Trump winning. I could not believe so many voters were so cowed by the violence and the abuse of the Left that the polls, misled by their silence, had Hillary Clinton winning by an average of 46.8 per cent to Trump’s 43.6.
But in the ballot box those voters cut loose and chose as their next president a man with zero political experience and vilified in the media as a sexist, racist, neo-Nazi hothead likely to drop the nuclear bomb.
Maybe he is some of that, but how much did voters loathe the Washington crowd that they’d still rather have Trump, who on the day before the election led crowds in another chant of “Drain the swamp”?
There will be many sanctimonious commentators who will howl that this proves every second American is a cretin.
Clinton herself in a disastrous moment fell for this self-congratulatory fantasy, indulging in exactly the kind of abuse that makes the Left so contemptible to so many voters now, in the US and here.

As former Director of the National Hurricane Center (1974–1987), I was appalled when, in a campaign rally at Miami-Dade College October 11, Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said, “Hurricane Matthew was likely more destructive because of climate change.”
That is false.
We were extremely fortunate that Matthew—category 5 through much of the Caribbean—weakened to category 2 before landfall in South Carolina. It could have been much worse.
In 1893 a much stronger hurricane followed nearly the same track. When its eye reached the Georgia and South Carolina coasts, a 15–20 ft. storm surge inundated the coastal islands. Though population was a small fraction of today’s, between 2,000 and 3,000 died, making that the second deadliest hurricane in U.S. history. The same year another major hurricane killed 2,000 in Louisiana.
