“It has nothing to do with climate”
Last week, NASA announced that the IPCC is wrong about East Antarctica, which is gaining ice, not losing it.
A new NASA study says that an increase in Antarctic snow accumulation that began 10,000 years ago is currently adding enough ice to the continent to outweigh the increased losses from its thinning glaciers.
The research challenges the conclusions of other studies, including the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) 2013 report, which says that Antarctica is overall losing land ice.
“Our main disagreement is for East Antarctica and the interior of West Antarctica – there, we see an ice gain that exceeds the losses in the other areas.” Zwally added that his team “measured small height changes over large areas, as well as the large changes observed over smaller areas.

Kiribati crisis: the blame game
Posted: November 3, 2015 Filed under: Uncategorized Leave a commentClaims that Pacific and Indian Ocean atolls are sinking as a result of human-driven sea level rise, are scientifically and empirically false, and are therefore opportunistic.
The purported plight of The Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Tuvalu and other Pacific Island nations, serve merely as emotional arguments to promote the ‘climate change’ political/economic agenda. Whilst less organised and cash-strapped Pacific Island nations use the associated climate guilt as a vehicle to pursue compensation ($100 Billion UN Climate fund) to be paid for by wealthy Western nations ~ Economic outcomes in line with the United Nations’ wealth redistribution agenda.

Small atoll islands may grow, not sink, as sea level rises.

Ehrlich Wanted To Poison Africans In Order To Control His Own Neurosis

Their boast, as popular with the sanctimonious left, is being champions of equal rights and to condemn, name and shame those who utter even the slightest racist slur.
That said, did any panel members or audience question Ehrlich about his preference to which colour should be eliminated first?
Maybe “Black-Lives-Matter” is just another PC slogan?

South Australia’s Premier likes to boast his state has more wind power than any other:
Renewables now account for 39 per cent of our electricity generation which is way ahead of the original target we set of 20 per cent. We now have the highest rate of solar penetration per capita of any country in the world and we have the second highest rate of wind farm penetration per capita than any country in the world.
What he doesn’t add is that this not only gives South Australia the country’s highest power prices and a dependency on Victoria’s coal-fired power. It also gives it power that can’t be relied upon, as locals found out yesterday:
POWER has been restored to most South Australian homes after a widespread blackout put thousands into darkness, when the state lost electricity supply from Victoria.A spokesman for SA Power Networks said the state lost supply from “upstream” when the interconnector shut down, triggering an automatic loss of power — load shedding — in SA, resulting widespread outages…
When the Victorian system shut down, 160 megawatts of energy was lost andwind power did not supply energy because it often does not start until 3am.

Back To The Dark Ages: Top French Weatherman Fired Over Climate Change Book
Posted: November 3, 2015 Filed under: Uncategorized Leave a comment‘The media and political class now consider the [climate change industry] they’ve built as so potentially explosive that the naked flame of free speech must be doused. And since the truth hurts most, it will not be protected.’

Watts Up With That?
From: France 24, 1 November 2015 (h/t to The GWPF)
A popular weatherman announced Saturday evening he has been sacked by leading French news channel France Télévisions for publishing a book which accused top climate change experts of misleading the world about the threat of global warming.
Philippe Verdier, a household name in France for his daily weather reports on the France 2 channel, announced in an online video that he had received a letter of dismissal.
“My book ‘Climate Investigation’ was published one month ago. It got me banned from the air waves,” said the weatherman, who was put “on leave” from the TV station on October 12.
“I received this letter this morning and decided to open it in front of you because it concerns everybody- in the name of freedom of expression and freedom of information.”
His announcement comes four days after France Télévisions chief Delphine…
