While the Democratic People’s Republic of America struggles to reduce emissions by 5%, North Korea has already achieved an 80% reduction.

What did a North Korea do? How many people did they have to execute to achieve 80%? How low do you have to get to involve this regime. Every agreement they signed with the U.S and South Korea they reneged on. Please don’t hold North Korea up as an example on anything to make a point.
