These aren’t the usual predictions about global warming based on computer forecasts. They’re changes already happening in California, according to a detailed new report issued Thursday by the California Environmental Protection Agency.

Forest fires have been much quieter than normal this year.

August temperatures in California are flat to down over the last century. This August has been one of the ten coldest on record so far.
Bottom line : The California EPA claims have no basis in fact.
